Alan Miyake, DDS, MD

Dr. Alan Miyake graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center with both DDS and MD degrees.

He was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Alpha Omega Alpha, both honor societies in the dental and medical fields. After acquiring his dental and medical degrees, Dr. Miyake was trained in General Surgery, Oral Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. After residency, he completed an accredited cosmetic surgery fellowship at the Cosmetic Surgery Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Miyake has been board certified with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 2002. He is a member of AAOMS, OKU, AOA, and served on the faculty of the OU College of Dentistry from 2002 until 2018.
